Branch Programs

Monthly program meetings are held at the Balcones Country Club (8600 Balcones Club Drive.)

The AAUW Austin Branch meetings will include a registration and visiting period 10:00 to 10:30. Generally, guest speakers will start at 10:30, then there will be a short business meeting.  Lunch will follow.

Meeting invitations will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to each meeting.  Lunch/beverage options will be part of the RSVP along with indications of any invited guests.  Meeting fees will be based on the RSVPs.  Because venue preparations are based on RSVPs, any cancellation must be made before 5:00 at least 7 days prior to the day of the meeting. Otherwise, you may be subject to payment of the fees based on the initial reply.

Meeting fees can be paid at the venue before each meeting.  Checks and cash are accepted.  Credit cards are not acceptable payment, at this time.

Unless otherwise indicated, masks are optional.

For questions please contact either Brenda Hahne (832-223-4254) or Jackie Hardee (512-983-2688), co-Vice Presidents of Programs
